Our basic terms and conditions in accepting orders (Minimum order is 15 boxes)

PAYMENT TERMS

All prices are quoted in US DOLLARS, F.O.B. Denpasar, Bali , Indonesia . For new buyers, payment must be made in advance. We can extend credit to our regular customers, but credit generally cannot exceed one week. All freight charges, packaging and documentation fees will be conveniently listed on the invoice. We accept wire payments, certified bank checks, and we now accept major credit cards.

DOCUMENT & HANDLING FEES

The documentation and handling charges are only $50.00 USD per shipment.

Please specify what documents are required when placing your order to avoid any delays in the shipment. All required documentation will be furnished only upon request and the documentation charges will be included in the invoice.

PACKAGING

The standard package dimensions are L37cm x W53cm x H35cm. Each packed box weighs on average approximately 16kg - 18kg.. All fish and/or invertebrates are individually packed in their own bags, so your fish will have the highest chance of survivability. The packing charge for all this is only $8.50 USD per box.

 DELIVERY TIME

A minimum of Seven (7) days are required to allow time for fulfilling all the documentation required and for the conditioning of fish for export. Shipment time is subject to and dependent on the availability of air cargo space.

FREIGHT CHARGES

Freight charges by the airline depend on the destination airport and the airline used. These charges are determined by the airlines. Contact us to get a quote.

 GUARANTEES AND CLAIMS

We guarantee that you'll receive, healthy, live fish, with the lowest possible DOA rate, accepting minimal losses dueto the stress of international travel. All DOAs must be reported to us within 24 hours of the shipment's arrival. Our DOA rates average less than 4.5%. We require photo documentation of all DOAs above 10% (because it's so rare).
